Traditional Raghavdas Laddoos

laddooIngredients:  3 bowls Rawa, 2 bowls Ruchiyana Jaggery powder, Ghee, 1 bowl Grated Mawa, 1 bowl Almonds-Cashew nuts powder , cardamom – Nutmeg powder.

Method
Bake Rawa finely with Ghee. Make a thick paste by mixing Mawa & Almonds-Cashew nuts powder. Make jaggery syrup by heating Ruchiyana Jaggery powder in a pan. Add baked Rawa, Almonds-Cashew nuts paste, cardamom – Nutmeg powder. Mix it well for few minutes & turn off the gas. Leave it to soak for 2-3 hours. Add Almonds powder & make delicious Laddoos.
