Alu cheese croquettes

These cheesy croquettes have the perfect balance that melts perfectly and makes for a delicious, crispy any-time snack.


½ cup- grated cheese
4-5 boiled & mashed potatoes
1 teaspoon chili flakes
1 teaspoon oregano
1 tablespoon finely chopped garlic
½ teaspoon black pepper
½ cup flour for rolling ¾ cup breadcrumbs
Arishakti Rice Bran Oil oil for deep fry
Salt for taste

Recipe: Mix mashed potatoes, chili flakes, oregano, cheese, chopped garlic together and make a cylindrical shape to prepare croquettes. Mix the ready croquettes with the flour then roll it in breadcrumbs. Pour vegetable oil into a medium skillet to measure about 2 cups and heat over medium high until a pinch of breadcrumbs bubbles immediately when added.

Roll the croquettes in breadcrumbs and fry turning often, until golden brown and crisp, 3-4 minutes. Serve hot with sauce.
