Til (Sesame Seeds) Barfi

Ingredients: 
250 Gms Til (Sesame Seeds) (mildly roasted),
50 Gms. Groundnut (mildly roasted and slightly grated),
50 Gms. Roasted Chana Dal (mildly roasted and slightly grated),
50 Gms. Dry Coconut Powder (mildly roasted),
500 Gms. Ruchiyana Jaggery Powder,
1 Tea Spoon Cardamom & Nutmag Powder.

Method
Mildly roast Sesame Seeds (Til) and keep it aside to cool down. Mildly roast Groundnut, Roasted Chana Dal and keep it aside to cool down. Mildly roast Dry Coconut Powder. Take a pan and heat Ruchiyana Jaggery powder and make a thick syrup of it. Now add Roasted Sesame Seeds (Til), Groundnut, Roasted Chana Dal and Dry Coconut Powder and mix it well. Pour the Mixture in Greased Tray and make marking for Barfi. Allow it to cool down. Cut the Barfi into pieces and sesame seed Barfi ready to serve.
