Harabhara Kabab


100 gms Spinach (Palak) boiled and finely chopped
¾ cup green peas boiled and finely grinded
3-4 potatoes boiled and mashed
2 green chilies finely chopped
1 Ginger finely chopped
1 teaspoon chat masala
Salt for taste
2 tablespoon finely chopped coriander leaves
2 tablespoon corn flour
2 tablespoon Arishakti Rice Bran Oil rice bran oil

Recipe:  In a bowl, take the chopped spinach, green peas and mashed potatoes, ginger paste, salt, chat masala and mix well.  Once it is mixed well, make small balls of it and press slightly to form a kebab shape. Heat oil in a non stick pan and fry these kebabs on both the sides until they become golden brown and crisp. Serve hot hara bhara kabab with Tomato Ketchup.
