Pitambari Ruchiyana Jaggery Powder (Four Tea Spoon)
Add One Tea Spoon lukewarm Pitambari Arishakti Rice Bran Oil and Salt in Suji and make dough of it. Keep it aside.
For Stuffing – Heat the Pitambari Arishakti Rice Bran Oil One Table Spoon. Add Pitambari Ruchiyana Turmeric Powder and Pitambari Ruchiyana Chilli Powder.
Now Add Shev in it. Add Coriander Powder, Salt and Pitambari Ruchiyana Jaggery Powder and mix it well. Add Goda Masala also. Again Mix it well. Allow the mixture to cool down.
Now make Bowl of Suji Dough and fill it with Shev Masala and make Kachori Balls with it. Deep fry it in Pitambari Arishakti Rice Bran Oil. Khatti-Mitthi-Spicy Kachori ready to eat.
