Jaggery Ragi & Jowar Cup Cake
Ingredients: 1 cup fine powder of Ragi (Nachani) & Millet (Jawar), 1 cup Oats, 1 tbl. Spoon Coco powder, 1.5 cups Pitambari Ruchiyana jaggery Powder, 2 cups of milk, 2 tbl. spoons Butter, 1 tbl. spoons baking powder, pinch of common salt, Almonds & Chocolate souse for garnishing.
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl & beat it well. Put a tablespoon of this mixture in Appe patra ( a traditional south Indian pan )& cover it. Bake for 7-8 minutes. Take out all the cup cakes in a plate, garnish with Almonds & Chocolate souce.
