Wheat Flour 250 Gms.
Maida Flour 250 Gms.
Green Peas 2 Bowl
Sesame Seeds (Til) 2 Table Spoon
Spinach (Palak) 1 Bunch,
Beet Root Half Bowl
Garam Masala 2 Table Spoon
Coriander – Cumin Powder – 1 Table Spoon
Ginger Paste As per taste
Green Chilli as per taste
Salt to Taste
Lemon (Half Pc.)
Chopped Green Coriander (2 Tea Spoon)
Mint Leaves 1 Bunch (For Chutney)
Pitambari Arishakti Rice Bran Oil (For Deep Frying)
Boil Spinach & Paste it.
Grind Beet Root and make a juice.
By using 200 gms Wheat Flour and Maida together make Dough of Green Colour by using Spinach Paste.
Also make another dough by using 50 gms Wheat Flour and Maida Together by using Beet Root Juice (Red Colour.)
Keep it aside for some time.
Grind green Peas.
Take a pan. Pour Pitambari Arishakti Rice Bran Oil and allow to heat.
Now add Green Chilli, Ginger Paste, Sesame Seeds, Garam Masala Powder, Coriander-Cumin Powder, Green Peas Mixture, salt as per Taste, squeeze Lime, Chopped Coriander and make mixture ready for stuffing. Allow it to Cool well.
Now make Puri of Green dough and fill the Stuffing inside and tie the with Red Colour dough ribbon.
Colorful Potli ready for frying.
Heat Pitambari Arishakti Rice Bran Oil and deep fry colorful Potli in it. Serve it hot with Mint leaves Chutney.
